Insurance sector where competitiveness and digitalization arises everyday, in the leadership of Allianz Turkey executive board, we have implemented a new way of working culture, called Tribe which can also be named agile, aiming to react to the dynamics of the sector more effectively.
Our main target was to create a cross function collaboration, speed to market and to bring transparency to the working culture and to maintain communication in the team.
In order to change the way we work, we have created our agile teams and started to work with multi functionals groups, in order to act more effectively and to work more efficiently, by simplifying the processes.
Accordingly, creating new products, solutions and services would have been much more simple and efficient. Applying this new working culture in the organisation led teams to act like leaders with decision authority which also created employee engagement and kept best talents in the team.
