Ulrike started her career in the banking industry where she took over responsibility as Head of IT for Hypo Real Estate (HRE) International in Dublin and was appointed managing director of HRE’s Group IT in 2006. In 2008 she moved to a small, but highly professional consultancy where she became a certified Scrum Master and advised IT Managers how to set up agile projects in the finance and automotive industry. She was Scrum Master herself in many projects and coached project managers for MHP – A Porsche Company. Since 2018 she is managing international, strategic projects for Infineon Technologies and part of it’s agile core team. Her spare time she dedicates as business angel to the startup world of scrum, which aims at making Scrum fit for the digital generation.
