within group and teams, she designs her workshop by using design thinking approach
regarding group needs, she is Strategic Play ® licensed trainer, and also she is certified
LEGO ® SERIOUS PLAY ® Methods Facilitator as first person in Turkey since 2015.
She has 20 years’ experience in product development area in many different industries.
She helps organizations to have them be agile. She supports them internalization agile
in their work and processes. She conducts workshop both soft skill and technical skills
improvements. She also can give facilitator trainer trainings under Strategic Play ® brand.
She imagines the world that people can actually listen and then talk with each other.
